YOU, as the client

ฅ Please do send the form provided at the bottom of this page by DM'ing us through Twitter or email ([email protected]). This would serve that you have READ and UNDERSTOOD our TOS.
ฅ When posting, please credit me by linking our Twitter account or twitch. Either of those two is OK!
ฅ The client can use their own commissioned works for their streaming and personal use.
ฅ The client cannot claim the commissioned work as their work. Altering the work is a BIG NO NO as well.
ฅ The commissioned works cannot be used for commercial purposes (i.e. reselling your commished character/model, making merch, etc.) unless I, the artist, agree and for you to pay an additional $200 for the commercial fee.
ฅ You CANNOT use the art for AI purposes.

WORK SPEED

ฅ The LIVE2D commish will take at least 2 to 4 months as I also work as a children's book illustrator for CLOUD PLUSHIES ! :>
ฅ For the PNGs or illustrations, it will only take some weeks depending on the number of orders, and for the same reason above \o/
ฅ Deadlines are OKAY; however, I do not accept RUSHED deadlines for LIVE2D.
ฅ Rest assured, I will do my best to inform and update you whenever something comes up and if there is a delay with the art or rigging.

PAYMENT METHOD

ฅ Currency is in USD.
ฅ I accept payments through Gcash (for Filipino clients), and Paypal! I will send an invoice through our DMs for Gcash and via Paypal if chosen!
ฅ You may pay upfront before I start the commission or pay the half amount once I send you a draft sketch (for art) or a progress video (for rigging).

I, as the artist/rigger

ฅ I have the right to reject for any reason that may occur if the payment has NOT been made.
ฅ I DO NOT ACCEPT REFUNDS. So PLEASE make sure that you are ready to make an order especially if I have already started your model. I would like to avoid any hassle for both parties ^^
ฅ I will send you updates from time to time through DM and will only ACCEPT 2-4 revisions. An additional $15 will be added to the total payment if more revisions are made.
ฅ I have the right to post and stream the artworks online unless discussed.
